getting started

So, it's probably time to jump into the world of blogging... I've got a few interesting things to say, and hopefully someone will find my rambling of interest. The bambino is taking a nap this afternoon, after a long morning of teething, so I have a few quiet moments to get this up and started. I think that there must be other young women out there who are trying to balance a professional career while traveling the world with a military spouse, and starting a family at the same time. It's not that there are not enough hours in the day, it's that each direction you are pulled in requires so much of a mental and emotional commitment that there's just not enough of me to split between a busy career, being a mother and supporting a husband who's a military pilot. More to come, on my thoughts on the decisions I've made and choices that lay ahead.
